The staff here were really nice and super helpful with anything we needed. My small double room was cozy and had a really comfortable bed. the breakfast had a good variety of food and it was pretty healthy too! 🥐.

We liked staying 1 night here. It was a comfortable hotel in a modern area, near Gothenburg, the city centre and a Conference Center. The amazingly nice staff accommodated all the needs.

It had ugly views.

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and nice, providing excellent service, with comfortable rooms that include lockers and the option for wake-up service, as well as the convenience of on-site parking.

The sauna/spa was impressive but the location of the hotel is so out of the way that it is really most suitable for conferences rather than tourists.

Advertised with spa and sauna but they were extra. A little isolated if you didn't have a car.

The breakfast option at Arken Hotel & Art Garden Spa is large and includes salad with views of the trees. They offer gluten-free options as well. the rooms are well-equipped with a sofa, a good bed, and heating. the staff is very helpful.

Nice hotel with many possibilities - but not included in room rate

Expensive hotel in relation to value for money and location! The spa and fitness facilities coast nearly $100 for 2 persons (maximum use: 4 hours).

Superb hotel - well spoken receptionist and fast and easy check-in/out. Wifi connection good and ample parking. Restaurant very good and well prepared top class meals available. Love this place!

Location in port close to the harbour is good fo my works.

There was no bike availble which I like to use to go The gate of the harbour. Which was a disadavantage.

The lobby looked nice.

Room was small, smelled stale. Bathroom tiny and from the 1970's. Window overlooked a train yard. Restaurant closed at 9:00, however was told that I was lucky because it is not normally open on Sunday. Surrounded by refineries and train yards, not a nice area to stay in, no restaurants, not even a petrol station nearby.

This pleasant hotel has comfy rooms, located 0.5 km from Gothenburg City airport. Nice restaurant, decent food, people working here are incredibly nice. Excellent service, the breakfast is amazing. the location is stunning and they have parking on site.

Very close to Volvo industrial complex; staff were very accommodating; taxi availability was very good

The room was somehow a bit "cramped" - quite dark and not very inviting; no mini-bar or snacks in the room

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially considering the luxurious and modern room I stayed in. The location was great, with a beautiful sea view from the outside dining area. The staff were friendly, courteous and flexible to my requests.

One small improvement that could be made to the breakfast options is to add more variety of pastries and baked goods.
